The staff at Uller’s Outdoor takes pride in providing our customers with top notch customer service. We stand behind everything we sell and want to bring you the best shopping experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will make every effort to make it right for you.

RETURN POLICY*
Bring your item with its original product packaging and original tags, as well as proof of purchase, to our shop.If there is a problem with the item, or if you simply changed your mind, your purchase will be subject to the following return policies:
- Clothing & Soft Goods: Full 30-day cash refund unused, undamaged. With original tags, and with proof of purchase.; Store credit from 31 to 60 days unused, with proof of purchase. No refund after 60 days.
- Hard Goods (Skis, Boots): Full 14-day cash refund on new, unused skis and boots returned in resalable condition. Store credit up to 28 days unused, with proof of purchase. No refund after 28 days. Exception: Mounted skis and/or fitted/molded boots are considered final sale. There is a $25.00 charge to cover our mounting and adjustment costs. No exception.
- Hard Goods and E-Bikes: Full 48-hour cash refund or exchange unused, without damage and with proof of purchase.
- Ski Leases: For a full refund, all leases must be canceled within 48 hours of pick-up date. Equipment must be in the same condition as it left the store. There is a $25.00 charge to cover our mounting costs. No exceptions.
- Special Orders: A 50% deposit is required prior to ordering. If returned in unused, resalable condition, special order merchandise will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable.)
- Used Items: Items that are considered used or not in new condition (without original packaging or tags and/or show visible signs of use) may be processed at the discretion of Uller’s Outdoor manager for a return or exchange. In the event that Uller’s Outdoor agrees to a return, it will be provided in the form of a store credit less a 25% fee.
- Final Sale: Items labeled or described as FINAL SALE, CLOSEOUT, CONSIGNMENT or END OF SEASON are not accepted for return or exchange.
- Financed Items: are subject to a $50.00 return fee.
*Closeout and End of Season Sales are final and can not be returned or exchanged. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to process. This timeline may vary depending on your credit card processor and lending institution. Store credit will be issued using an Uller’s Outdoor gift card.
EXCHANGES**
Merchandise exchanges will be accepted and fulfilled as outlined in the Uller’s Outdoor RETURN POLICY
**Closeout and End of Season Sales are final and can not be returned or exchanged.
Defective Products:
If an item you purchased is defective, please contact us immediately and we will replace, repair, or provide warranty work at no cost to you. Items that were damaged after they left the store will be processed at the discretion of Uller’s Outdoor manager.
PROOF OF PURCHASE:
Uller’s Outdoor will accept the following as proof of purchase for returns or exchanges:
- Printed receipt
- Email receipt
- Gift receipt
- Customer name, phone number, and/or email address entered in the POS system and provided at the time of purchase.
HOLIDAY GIFT RETURN POLICY
If you purchase a gift between November 1st and December 31st, you have until January 15th to return the product. You may exchange your gift for a different size, receive store credit, or we will refund the original credit card used to place the order. Returned items are subject to the parameters outlined in the Uller’s Outdoor RETURN POLICY.
